Infranode adds senior expertise across investments, energy and macroeconomics
Infranode has appointed Vibecke Hverven, Håkan Frisén and Sofia Watt as Senior Advisors, adding extensive experience across energy, investments, governance and macroeconomics. Their complementary expertise will support Infranode as it continues to develop its portfolio, evaluate new investment opportunities and create long-term value across Nordic infrastructure.
“Vibecke, Håkan and Sofia bring different but highly complementary perspectives to Infranode. Their experience will strengthen our thinking and decision-making as we continue to develop our portfolio and pursue new investment opportunities across the Nordics,” says Christian Doglia, CEO and Founding Partner of Infranode.
Vibecke Hverven brings extensive leadership, board and industrial experience from the energy, engineering and sustainability sectors. Her career includes serving as CEO of Sweco Norway and holding senior roles at Statkraft and DNV, alongside broad board experience across energy, industry and academia. Vibecke has also taken on the role of Chairperson of Infranode portfolio company OsloFjord Varme, on an Infranode mandate.
“Infrastructure companies are facing significant investment needs and rapid change, not least as a result of the energy transition. I look forward to bringing my experience from the energy and engineering sectors to Infranode and to supporting the continued development of OsloFjord Varme,” says Vibecke Hverven.
Håkan Frisén brings extensive expertise in macroeconomics and financial markets. He spent more than two decades at SEB, where he led and developed the bank’s macroeconomic analysis and forecasting and served as Editor-in-Chief of Nordic Outlook. His earlier experience includes roles at the Swedish Ministry of Finance and the National Institute of Economic Research.
“Long-term infrastructure investment is closely linked to the broader economic environment, from interest rates and inflation to investment cycles and capital flows. I look forward to contributing my perspective and experience as Infranode continues to invest and grow across the Nordic region,” says Håkan Frisén.
Sofia Watt brings more than 25 years of experience in pan-European and Nordic real estate private equity, including senior leadership roles at Deutsche Finance International, EQT Partners, PGIM Real Estate and NIAM. Her experience spans investments, transactions, investment strategy, asset management, capital allocation and governance. She is currently a Board Member and Audit Committee Member at Fabege AB.
“Infranode’s long-term investment perspective strongly resonates with me. I look forward to bringing my experience from the European and Nordic investment markets to the team and contributing to Infranode’s continued development,” says Sofia Watt.
Vibecke, Håkan and Sofia assume their positions during 2026.
