Infranode launches new podcast — Nordic Infrastructure: Behind the Decisions

This summer, Infranode introduces Nordic Infrastructure: Behind the Decisions, a podcast that explores the people and decisions shaping Nordic infrastructure and the green transition. Hosted by Infranode’s CEO, Christian Doglia, the series features in-depth conversations with prominent voices from across the sector.

Combining professional insights with personal stories, Nordic Infrastructure: Behind the Decisions, offers unique perspectives on the ideas, challenges and individual journeys driving the Nordic green transition. Each episode explores the key questions shaping infrastructure and investments in the region, along with the real-world decisions behind them.

“We created the podcast to highlight the exciting developments across Nordic infrastructure and to explore the foundations of the decisions driving them, recognising the need for deeper insight in this space. Through conversations with business leaders, policymakers and experts, we delve into pivotal moments, reveal the stories behind major projects, and share insights that rarely make the headlines,” says Christian Doglia.

Two episodes are already available, with more to follow. The opening episode features Harald Överholm, Executive Chairman of solar energy company Alight, discussing how solar power can scale even in low-irradiance regions such as the Nordics, and the technologies and market shifts driving its next phase. Episode two welcomes Anders Egelrud, CEO of Stockholm Exergi, and Martin S. Lundby, CEO of Hafslund Celsio, who share lessons from two of Europe’s most advanced carbon capture and storage (CCS) projects and outline what it will take for CCS to become a large-scale climate solution.
